About The Client
The client is the #1 business management and client engagement app, designed to help small businesses grow. Tailored specifically for service providers, it redefines the way small and medium businesses interact with their clients by driving more opportunities from the web, mobile, email, and social while empowering clients to self-serve.
The product includes an educational layer for SMBs on how to improve the way they run the business along with online CRM to manage all client communications together with online scheduling, online payments, email & SMS campaigns, lead generating website widgets, and all relevant tools a small business needs to drive more business in an efficient professional way ensuring a great client experience.
We are looking for a multilingual agent speaking: English + at least one of the following languages:
German, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and/or Turkish
Candidates should have a solid technical background and exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record in Customer Success and product support.
Responsibilities
Manage a dynamic book of business
Hold onboarding sessions to our European audience and drive early product adoption
Monitor client adoption and identify risks with your assigned customers to drive higher retention rates
Learn the ins-and-outs of the product and the services that are offered
Troubleshoot and guide users to fully utilize all the services we offer and share knowledge
Provide T1 support while meeting the company’s standards and escalate to the company’s Tier 2 team when needed
Relevant Experience
1+ years of customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company.
Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
Experience of working with Zendesk, intercom or similar platform – useful but not essential
Fluency in one of the languages mentioned plus English
Tech Savvy
Sales or pre-sales experience is an advantage
Skills and Qualifications
Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
