Ecommerce Customer Service Representative – French/German

Aidey is looking for enthusiastic and motivated French/German speaking Customer Service Representatives.

The ideal candidate will display the following:

  1. Excellent German/French: writing and reading – MUST.
  2. A proven experience in a BPO Center for at least 2 years.
  3. Experience with leading Help Desk software such as: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho and Intercom – Advantage.
  4. Experience as ecommerce customer service rep – Advantage.
  5. Excellent English: verbal, writing and reading.
  6. Flexibility to work night shifts, overtime and swing shifts.
  7. Ability to manage your workload to maximum efficiency.
  8. Ability to learn quickly through self-study and demonstration of flexibility and agility. 
  9. Motivated and reliable.
