Aidey is looking for enthusiastic and motivated French/German speaking Customer Service Representatives.
The ideal candidate will display the following:
- Excellent German/French: writing and reading – MUST.
- A proven experience in a BPO Center for at least 2 years.
- Experience with leading Help Desk software such as: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho and Intercom – Advantage.
- Experience as ecommerce customer service rep – Advantage.
- Excellent English: verbal, writing and reading.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, overtime and swing shifts.
- Ability to manage your workload to maximum efficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly through self-study and demonstration of flexibility and agility.
- Motivated and reliable.
