Aidey is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Specialists for a leading Shopify App. The job is full time, long range and it will be performed from home. You will be joining an existing team that is providing 24/07 support for the client. You will be required to take 5 shifts a week, shift length- 8 hours.  The Client is a SaaS company offering a business management solution specializing in small and micro businesses helping organizations around the world to better manage their workday and help them focus on what counts most.
Responsibilities
  1. Assist merchants to install the app and import information to it.
  2. Assist merchants with adjustments of the look and feel of the app on their website.
  3. Educate merchants about best practices in using the app and configuring it.
  4. Deal with subscription and billing issues.

Requirements

  1. Experience as a technical support agent in a SAAS company- Advantage
  2. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript CSS (Orientation level, no coding skills are required)- MUST!
  3. Experience in troubleshooting software bugs- Advantage.
  4. Ability to learn quickly through self-study and demonstration of flexibility and agility.
  5. Orientation with e-commerce and specifically with Shopify- Advantage!
  6. Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime.
  7. Excellent English: verbal, writing and reading.
  8. Motivated and reliable.
