We’re looking for a new Customer Service Representative for answering chats, emails and troubleshooting screen share sessions with clients. We need someone who thinks out of the box for creative solutions and has a technical mind with computer savvy skills.
The day to day will include an 8 hour shift working remotely answering chats and emails through Zendesk, reporting bugs to our developers, and looking out for relevant product and user trends.
Requirements
Mother tongue level English
Proficient knowledge of Gmail (added plus for experience with Mac Mail or Outlook)
A stable internet connection and a quiet environment
Team player
Past experience in a technical support or customer support role
Hours
Monday – Friday 9am PST – 5pm PST with the option of moving fully or partly to Sunday – Thursday 9am PST – 5pm PST (Hours may be flexible and shift schedule may change in the future).
