Aidey is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Representatives to support a client that is a project management tool. 

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting technical issues.

Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.

Submit tickets to dev team and using a ticketing system.

Provide post deployment support in the form of procedural documentation.

Test new features and customer’s scenarios.

Requirements

  1. A proven experience as a technical support agent in a SAAS company- MUST!
  2. Experience in supporting or using project management tools- advantage.
  3. Experience in troubleshooting software bugs- advantage.
  4. Ability to learn quickly through self-study and demonstration of flexibility and agility.
  5. Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime.
  6. Excellent English: verbal, writing and reading.
  7. Motivated and reliable.
