A leading Mobile App from the Health Tech industry is looking for candidates with excellent technical and interpersonal skills for Application Support Specialist position. 

The Application Support Specialist troubleshoot technical issues, support the roll-out of new mobile applications and mobile SDK, among other duties. Moreover, the Application Support Specialist will talk with customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting technical issues.

Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.

Submit tickets to dev team and using a ticketing system.

Support the roll-out of new mobile SDK.

Provide post deployment support in the form of procedural documentation.

Test new features and customer’s scenarios.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Prior experience in software / SDK deployment and post deployment support or a similar role- ADVANTAGE

Experience with Android SDK- ADVANTAGE

Experience with Android / iOS development or support- ADVANTAGE

Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
