Aidey is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives in a full-time capacity.   The company is a short-term apartment rental business that rent its apartments through Airbnb, booking.com and Expedia. We’re looking for talented, independent and enthusiastic people to become a part of a small team with a lot of challenges, great energy and last, but not least – a very unique working environment! The team is covering 24/07 support for the client and the length of a shift is 8-12 hours working remotely answering phones and emails.  

Requirements

  1. Excellent English: verbal, writing and reading- Must.
  2. A proven experience as a customer support representative for similar business- Must.
  3. Ability to learn quickly through self-study and demonstration of flexibility and agility.
  4. Flexibility to work night shifts, overtime and swing shifts- MUST.
  5. Ability to manage your workload to maximum efficiency.
  6. Motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customers’ enquiries via phone and email.
  2. Process payments for bookings.
  3. Perform back office tasks that are related to orders and listings.
  4. Manage the apartments’ calendar.
